Contradiction

Oh no, Tom that ignorant SOB is talking health. What the hell does Tom know about health more than your doctor?? Well first off I (Tom) care about you and this flesh sack I inhabit. Not prone to just believe what I am told.  I go deep in my free time to get to the truth. Probably shouldn't just believe me but let me challenge your current beliefs a bit.  Use this as fuel to further your knowledge base. 

Yup you'll are the best and quite incredible. We have a good time looking at my contradictions.
